1988年大连轻工业学院本科毕业;1999年东北大学硕士毕业;2002年获中国科学院金属研究所博士学位。2013年到葡萄牙里斯本、阿威罗大学做短期访问学者。先后承担了国家自然科学基金重大项目“聚氨酯光降解行为的研究”、国家科技支撑计划“高性能压载舱涂料制备技术开发与示范”和“抗渗透纳米复合涂料技术研究”、973计划“纳米浓缩浆和航空纳米复合涂料”和“海洋环境中材料腐蚀的微生物-电化学反应机理研究”等国家项目;沈阳市科学技术计划项目“溶剂型纳米浆的研制及其在涂料中的应用”;以及中车青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司、国家电网公司等企业委托项目,共计20余项。对纳米材料的制备、改性、分散进行了深入研究,发明了纳米氧化物浓缩浆,解决了纳米氧化物粒子的不易分散的难题。并且研究了TiO2、ZnO、Fe2O3、SiO2、Al、Zr等纳米粒子在有机涂层中的耐蚀机理。研究结果表明稳定分散的纳米粒子可明显改进传统涂层的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、耐候性。所研制的不同系列纳米复合涂料已在飞机、电力设施、船舶上应用。到目前为止在国内外学术期刊上发表论文60余篇,获得32项授权发明专利。 |
研究领域: |
主要针对航空、高铁、船舶、石化、海洋设施、电力设施等领域的金属材料,研制各种高性能的纳米复合功能涂料,并开展工程化应用研究。在进行应用研究的同时,进行特殊环境(如高温度、低温度、高湿度、高盐度、强酸碱、高紫外等)条件下涂层防护和失效机理方面的研究。 |
